Solving Your Deck Problems
OLD, UNSAFE DECK
You have a deck, but you are not sure you should step out onto it. When a deck is so far gone, it is often best to rebuild the deck.
I WANT A DECK!
Have the perfect spot for a deck? We can design and build your vision that fits your needs.
Lack of maintenance can result in splintering and warping of your deck boards. Replacing your deck boards will have your deck looking good as new!
The easiest way to breathe new life into your deck is to refinish it. Sanding, staining, and/or sealing should be done every two to four years.
"So much awesome family time on our new deck. Can't Thank you enough for expanding our outdoor space!"

RELATED DECK SERVICES
CONCRETE, PAVERS, & STONE PATIOS
If you are building a new deck, you may also want to create a paved space below or adjacent to the deck. Concrete, pavers, or stone patios are a great compliment to any deck project.
If you have a second story deck with a walkout patio below, we can build the deck to keep drainage off the space below. This gives you more flexibility in uses, and you get a dry outdoor space for use on rainy or snowy days.
LIGHTING & SPEAKERS
Roots to Roofs can integrate lighting and speakers into your deck design. Speakers and lights can be installed on posts and railings while step lights are a subtle lighting technique.
3-SEASON ENCLOSED PORCH
Building a large deck and enclosing a portion of it allows flexibility in the uses of your space. On hot summer days, the enclosed porch will be an excellent relief from an exposed area.
They're the only company we call for outdoor work.

COMMON DECK MATERIALS
Would you recommend a wood deck or a synthetic deck, given Colorado's climate?
Synthetic products have come a long way in development and technology since the first products on the market. If you want low maintenance and options in design, we would recommend going synthetic. But if you love that look and feel of a wood deck, you should go that route. Both materials, if maintained properly, will last 20 plus years in the Colorado climate.
